this $30 amazon dress is the perfect addition to any closet

YEP, YOU READ THAT RIGHT. $30. I first shared my love for this dress over on my personal blog, Sartorial Meanderings, at the end of summer. And whaddya know, I just couldn’t resist getting it in another color!  Ever since I saw my girl Laura Leigh of Louella Reese wearing the blue version, I knew I would add it to my wardrobe eventually! I have gotten more compliments when wearing the blue version than I have on any piece in a while. Who knew that a simple $30 dress could end up being one of the cornerstones of my fall wardrobe.

I won’t go on and on about it too much, but just trust me, y’all.  It comes in like 15 color and print combos, is the perfect midi length, lightweight and comfortable, perfect for layering and can be dressed up or down! Style it with a cardigan in the fall or sandals during the summer. I don’t try and force purchases on you guys *that* often (hehehe), but I’m really pushing you on this one here! Anyways, let’s get to how I styled it this time.

You guys know I love Marc Fisher boots and I was thrilled to add this black heeled combat boot to my collection this fall! I love this Wenner Boot can take any outfit from preppy to edgy in an instant and they make me literally want to stomp around town all day! I love the heeled version of their boots because they make me walk a little taller, with better posture. It’s the little things guys.  I shared my other current fall uniform with you guys on the last post, but this is what I am wearing if I’m not in my Spanx and sweater combo. If I want to be just a tad girlier.  I finished this look off with my favorite layered necklaces from Gorjana and my go-to “On the Prowl” Quay Australia sunglasses — all of which I wear on a daily basis.
