We got so many compliments on these Forever 21 blouses the other night at the Graduate Hotel rooftop event so naturally, we wanted to share it with you! It’s barely $23, so a SERIOUS deal.  I always tell Catherine that she is sooo good at Forever 21. Y’all know what I mean, right? She always finds the best stuff and I end up wandering around aimlessly and leaving empty handed. Well, not this time because we went shopping together!
