Tom’s of Maine to the Rescue
Are you guilty of endlessly bleaching your teeth in hopes of a Hollywood smile? So are we. Luckily one of our favorite brands, Tom’s of Maine, came out with a toothpaste for (that bleach induced) sensitivity that we can get behind! The two of us have been longtime lovers of Tom’s of Maine because of its dedication to making great products without artificial sweeteners, colors, or preservatives or testing on animals! We love to support brands who give back to the people and the planet, and Tom’s checks all of those boxes. Their packaging is fully recyclable and made through TerraCycle Tom’s of Maine Recycling Program – but these aren’t the only reasons we are talking about Tom’s with y’all today! With Summer just around the corner – and fridges fully stocked with Trader Joe’s Coconut Milk Frozen Desserts – we are reminded of our on-and-off struggle with sensitive teeth.

Guatemala 2.0
A few weeks ago I went back to Guatemala with my husband, 15 high school seniors and another one of our teacher friends. Our trip last year was one of my most memorable trips ever and this year boasts the same! From the amazing parades through the streets of Antigua during Semana Santa, to the unforgettable views at Lomas de Tzununa, Guatemala is such a breath taking country.
