Catherine has been on the One Teaspoon train for YEARS now! I remember how excited she got when she finally snagged the “Frankie” shorts a few years ago. Those shorts are still heavily in her rotation and she has added to her collection from the Australian brand extensively over the years! It is a brand that has stood the test of time & wear in her wardrobe, so when I was on the hunt for a new pair of denim shorts this summer, I went straight to One Teaspoon!
So far the shorts have been my go-to on the hot spring days & I have enjoyed playing around with different ways to style them! Catherine has been rocking the overall dress on the reg as well and I’d be lying if I said I didn’t have my eye on a few other pieces to add to my wardrobe this summer. In addition to having quality pieces, we love the personality behind the brand. They are simply BADASS. Founder, Jamie Blakely, is focused on making quality pieces that she would want to wear, classifying their piecesas rebelliously cool, (and we’d have to agree). This post is totally not sponsored but we would definitely be open to a life-long partnership (hehe).

We’ve rounded up our favorite pieces from One Teaspoon right now for you guys & encourage you to spend a littttttle extra on your denim this summer because its definitely worth it. Looking for a piece to start your collection? We’d recommend their original style the “Bandit”.
Did we mention that they also make menswear, clothing for kids & home goods?? We wouldn’t steer you wrong, y’all.

We are two weeks into 2019 and we are still riding high on the energy from the new year! We have set some pretty lofty aspirations for the coming year and are looking forward to seeing how things pan out. Ever since the creation of TCP, I have loved having a creative outlet to share my style tips, outfits, travels and dreams with you guys, but it hasn’t always been an easy ride. Keeping up with a blog and two instagram accounts, along with a full-time job, a marriage and well LIFE, has not always been easy. At times it has felt more like a chore and less like a passion, and this year one of my goals is to create only when I feel inspired and/or excited about a product, piece or brand.
